Your wardens, your drills, your committee and your diagrams - seven packages covering the lot, built around your building rather than a generic template, and available bundled on a single 12-month term.
Take one on its own, or take the Combined Package and have the whole 12-month cycle covered in a single booking. Because the same Perth team handles all of them, we already know your building by the time we train your people.
Every role in your Emergency Control Organisation trained together in one 2-hour session on your site - Chief Warden, Deputy Chief Warden, Area and Floor Wardens, their deputies and Communications Officers. We review your Emergency Plan and ECO structure before we arrive, then cover roles and responsibilities, your building's actual routes, exits, assembly points and alarm type, the AS 3745-2010 and WA WHS obligations attached to each role, and an ID and PPE briefing. Non-accredited, with a Certificate of Attendance and training register.
AS 3745-2010 Clause 6.5.1.1 expects every ECO member to take part in a skills retention activity at intervals of no more than six months. This is the touchpoint that fills the gap between your annual site visits - a short, self-paced online refresher delivered through Allens Training and tracked in Training Desk, with a Warden-level course and a deeper Chief Warden-level course covering command and coordination.
A supervised live evacuation drill run on-site for all occupants, using your real evacuation routes, assembly point and Emergency Plan. Two hours covering the pre-drill site check, occupant instruction, one live scenario from our AS 3745 colour-coded menu, and an immediate debrief with your Chief Warden and management. The drill register is completed and recorded on the day as your evidence. Satisfies the annual exercise obligation under AS 3745-2010 and WHS Regulation 43.
An RTS Ready specialist attends your Emergency Planning Committee meeting, on-site or by video call, as the external specialist voice AS 3745-2010 Clause 2.1 anticipates. We pre-read your Emergency Response Plan, diagrams and training records, provide expert input on AS 3745-2010 and WHS Regulation 43 for up to an hour, flag compliance gaps as they come up, and follow with written notes inside five business days.
A short on-site walkthrough that tells you where you actually stand - evacuation routes, exits and fire safety installations checked against AS 2444 and AS 3745-2010, evacuation diagram currency and placement, whether a current site-specific Emergency Response Plan exists, and a high-level check of your ECO training records. A fast triage rather than a line-by-line audit, with a verbal summary on the day and a one-page written summary after. Included free with Warden Training or an Emergency Drill.
AS 3745-2010 compliant diagrams produced from an on-site survey and physical measurement of your floors. Floor plans, zone plans and hydrant block plans with evacuation symbols, directional arrows and legend, fire equipment marked per AS 2444, the assembly point correctly oriented, and our branded compliance title block with the review date. Up to two rounds of revisions, then supplied finished and ready to display with a print-ready A3 PDF and digital files.
Five of these services on one 12-month term: Warden Training, both rounds of the online refresher, your annual Emergency Drill, Emergency Planning Meeting attendance, and the Site Compliance Audit free. Four touchpoints across the year, priced below booking the same five separately, on a 12-month rolling term with the price locked for the first year - not a three-year lock-in.
Most workplaces work through them in this order. You don't have to - but there's little point drilling a team against a plan that's out of date. The Combined Package covers the whole cycle in one booking.
A Site Compliance Audit gives you a fast, honest read on your diagrams, your Emergency Plan and your training records - and it comes free with Warden Training or a Drill.
Warden Training puts every ECO role through a 2-hour session on your own site and your own plan, so the roles are understood against the building they apply to.
An online refresher at the six-month mark and a live Emergency Drill every twelve. The drill satisfies your annual obligation under AS 3745-2010 and WHS Regulation 43.
Evacuation diagrams need to reflect your current layout. If your tenancy, equipment or procedures change, the diagrams on the wall need to change with them.
Emergency compliance is only as strong as the people delivering it. Our team brings more than 30 years of combined training experience and a nationally accredited background to every site, and we apply AS 3745-2010 to your building, not a generic template.
We don't just reference the Standard, we work to it. Every course, drill and diagram is built around what AS 3745-2010 asks of your workplace, so you can show an auditor exactly how you comply.
Our trainers come from firefighting, paramedic, airline and corporate backgrounds. They have managed real emergencies, and they teach your wardens to lead under pressure, not just recite a procedure.
RTS Ready grew out of RTS Training, part of RTS Group, which has delivered nationally accredited training across WA since 2012 and issued more than 55,000 certificates.
Every drill comes with a written report, timings and an Outstanding Actions Register, giving you a clear paper trail for auditors, insurers and building managers.
Tell us about your site - the building, the team size and where you are with your emergency plan - and we'll recommend what actually makes sense, then price it.
