Warden Training, two online refresher rounds, an annual Emergency Drill, Emergency Planning Meeting attendance and a free Site Compliance Audit - bundled on a 12-month rolling term, price locked for the first year.
Emergency compliance isn't a single event. Your ECO training has a currency window, the Standard expects a skills retention activity every six months, your evacuation exercise obligation falls annually, and your Emergency Planning Committee reviews procedures once a year. Handled piecemeal, those dates drift apart and something gets missed.
The Combined Package puts all five on one 12-month cycle, booked once. You get four touchpoints across the year - the Warden Training visit with a free Site Compliance Audit, two online refresher windows six months apart, the Emergency Drill visit, and the EPC meeting - with the documentation from each one landing in your compliance file as you go.
It runs on a 12-month rolling term with the price locked for the first year. No three-year commitment, no CPI escalation from year two.
Two site visits and two online windows, spaced so your ECO never goes more than six months without a retention activity.
Two hours on-site covering every ECO role, with the free Site Compliance Audit run during the same visit.
Round one of the self-paced refresher, satisfying the six-month skills retention requirement without a site visit.
Your live evacuation exercise, run and debriefed on-site, with the drill register completed on the day.
We attend your annual Emergency Planning Committee meeting, and round two of the refresher closes out the year.
The five services are identical either way. What changes is how much of the coordinating is left to you.
The Combined Package runs on a 12-month rolling term with the price locked for the first year. It is worth comparing that against the annual retainers offered by national providers, several of which require a three-year initial term with quarterly advance billing and CPI escalation from year two. Lower commitment, lower risk - and a renewal we have to earn each year.
If you have an Emergency Control Organisation and an annual drill obligation, the package covers the year end to end.
The questions we get asked most often before a booking. If yours isn't covered, ask us directly.
Ask us a questionOne on-site Warden Training session covering all ECO roles for up to 12 participants, two rounds of the 6-Monthly Online Refresher for the same team, one annual Emergency Drill, one Emergency Planning Meeting attendance with follow-up notes, and a Site Compliance Audit included free alongside your Warden Training or Drill visit.
No. The Combined Package runs on a 12-month rolling term with the price locked for the first year. That is a deliberate choice - several national providers require a three-year initial term with CPI escalation from year two. We would rather earn the renewal.
Four touchpoints across the year: the Warden Training visit with the free Site Compliance Audit, two online refresher windows six months apart, the Emergency Drill visit, and the EPC meeting. The refresher rounds are completed online, so they do not require a site visit.
No. Evacuation Maps and Diagrams are priced per floor and the floor count varies site to site, so they sit outside the bundle as a separate add-on rather than being folded in against an assumed floor count. If your Site Compliance Audit flags missing or outdated diagrams we will quote them separately.
Yes. The package is priced below the sum of the same five services booked separately, and the saving moves with the size and role mix of your ECO because the online refresher is priced per person by role. We will show you both numbers side by side when we quote.
We have a renewal conversation. Your training currency, drill obligation and EPC review all sit on an annual cycle, so the natural move is to roll into the following year - but that is a decision you make at the 12-month mark, not one you committed to three years earlier.
Tell us your site and the size of your ECO, and we'll price the package against booking the five services separately.
